Report someone

In the app: open a friend from the Friends tab and choose Report, or open a cove and choose Report this cove. You can block them in the same step.

Can't get to the app? Email us with the @handle and what happened. We review every report.

Block someone

Open the friend and choose Block. You'll disappear from each other — no friend requests, no shared coves, no presence — and they're never told.

Undo it any time under Settings → Blocked accounts.

Delete your account

Settings → Delete account in the app, or ask us to do it. Everything goes — here's exactly what's deleted and the little we have to keep.

Age requirement

Sandcastles is for people 13 and older. If you believe an account belongs to someone under 13, tell us at support@blacktop.social and we'll deactivate it and delete the data.

Emails

Every launch update carries an unsubscribe link. Lost it? Unsubscribe hereor write to us and we'll take care of it.
